Evolution Of An Office

With one semester coming to a close and a totally brutal semester coming up, I desperately needed a study space not adjacent to the tv.  Studying on Sundays in our household is next to impossible with football on all day.  We’ve put the pedal to the metal and have really made some headway on the office space which is upstairs next to the bathroom in one of the spare rooms.  We’ve gutted, sheet rocked, primed, painted and now floored.  The transformation is far from complete but it’s starting to look like a real office. And I love LOVE the wide pine floors with rough cut nails, even though they need a million coats of poly to really protect them.  After the poly-ing is complete it’s trim time then it’s ready to move in.  Enjoy our office evolution pictures:
