Hey I wanted to re-pin (to pinterest) this awesome idea of yours-)-hope that is ok? I thought is there a quick way to paint these galvanized tins and get this look? So I have been looking on-line and of course the instructions I am finding seem over complicated IMO-degrease this, sand all of that, etc.. Do you mind sharing how you got the tins to look this way? It looks like a dry brush affect with a thinned flat latex, but I know latex will not stick to tin? Did you prime them first if so with what kind of paint did you use and then what kind of paint did you use for the Blue. Awesome look BTW. Also this same tin could be used on tables for holding napkins, Bird seed favors, forks and knives, etc. Just know that many a bride will benefit from this knowledge.

ALOT! I tried growing plants to do this for our wedding and it took about five baby's breath plants to even remotely fill the buckets! Needless to say, I scrapped the idea. But it's gorgeous, huh?!
