This past weekend I worked up some serious motivation to paint the entire kitchen.  It was in an ugly unfinished phase and I was sick of looking at it.  Two full days of painting later, it was done and it looks so pretty!  Now I’m amidst refinishing both the laundry room and closet doors (they’re being painted white) as well as the window casings and trim (also being painted white).  After that I’ll be creating a fancy new backsplash out of copper panels to replace the only remaining paneling in the kitchen.  That should keep me busy and out of trouble for the next week (or maybe two).  Here are a couple photo updates of the kitchen progress:
